An Additional "Why"
Why do people leave an area of a building to hold their cell phone conversation in some degree of privacy only to move to another area of said building and proceed to carry out the conversation as loudly as they can. I am tired of students leaving the computer lab or the lobby of our building and then coming down the hall in front of my office to yell into their cell phone!Please spare me!
