Hmmm.....

Answer to Tammie's question. My sister was on a mission trip to Zambia. She is home now and had a wonderful experience.

All my friends and my daughter are on diets and/or exercise programs. I did purchase a pedometer and discovered that today I did not even walk half as many steps as I am supposed to take in order to lose weight. On top of that, my diet has broken down. I need someone to prepare my meals!

I've often thought that if I could have someone else prepare my meals and do the shopping I'd lose weight. That thought works about as well as -if someone would hold my legs on the exercise machine I'd use it -when I really tell myself the truth. I have zero will power.

I don't know that my exercise 8 or 9 minutes a day is really going to do anything to help my weight...just hope it strengths my back so I can walk when we go on another trip...I haven't changed my eating habits....ice cream is still my favorite food and I may have it for lunch today before I go to the office!

Oh, my we are all awful at this diet stuff. I'm sooo glad we all love each other fat or thin! Here's to more will power!

I think if someone prepared my meals I would eat even more!! Sometimes by the time that I have cooked everything, I'm just worn out and want a glass of sweet tea. From all the Harding press releases, it sounds like things are moving right along for the new department!! We knew you could do it!! :)
